AIR has two meanings. It is an abbreviation of my name, Ann Iren Reierskog, and a symbol of what I strive to create: space for reflection and development, and air to breathe, gather strength, and think anew.
With over 20 years of experience, I have witnessed how the world – and leadership – has become increasingly complex. We now face challenges that require more than traditional solutions. Leading today is about being present with clarity and trust, and daring to see leadership as a continuous journey toward greater awareness.
Leadership involves balancing many considerations: taking care of yourself, your team, and the organization's long-term goals, while also managing the pressures of a hectic everyday life. This requires more than just skills – it requires space to slow down, reflect on decisions, and create a deeper connection both with yourself and your team.
When we give ourselves time and space to reflect, it becomes possible to create something sustainable for both the people and the organization. Transformational leadership is about building inner security, strengthening relationships, and finding the power to stay grounded through change. It’s about moving from leading alone to leading together, with a shared direction and a solid foundation.
This is the essence of AIR: helping leaders and teams find the space they need to grow, and the air they need to create meaningful and lasting change.
"Ann Irens coaching i forbindelse med vårt lederprogram får svært god tilbakemelding. Flere deltagere sier de har fått et løft i sitt lederskap, som igjen er viktig for utvikling av organisasjonen."
- Solfrid Sæberg, Senior Rådgiver HR Utvikling, Telenor Norge AS
"Vi gjennomførte lederutviklingsprogram med alle lederne i Stiftelsen Fossumkollektivet. Målet var å komme frem til en tydelig felles verdiplattform med åpen og god kommunikasjonskultur, som var godt forankret blant lederne. Det målet ble absolutt nådd i samarbeidet. Ann Iren og hennes samarbeidspartner Marianne forsto veldig raskt kjernen av vårt behov, og loset oss gjennom prosessen mot målet på en tydelig, respektfull og effektiv måte."
- Finn Arctander, Daglig leder Fossumkollektivet
With over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, coach, facilitator, and leader, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of people.
For many of those years, I worked with women and men affected by trauma, both individually and in group settings. I also have extensive experience in mentoring and training professionals who support vulnerable groups across nonprofit, public, and volunteer sectors.
As a department manager in a mid-sized organization and later as an HR Director in a Nordic group, I’ve gained solid leadership experience and a deep understanding of the complexities of leadership across multiple levels.
I’m particularly passionate about leadership and change within the context of organizations and business. For the past 20 years, I’ve had the great pleasure of supporting leaders—individually, in teams, and through larger leadership programs—on transformative journeys of growth and development.
